Delivery Terms & Conditions: 

By making a purchase, you hereby accept these terms and conditions. 

Shipping on all available stock may take 3-7 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Items marked as “PRE ORDER” can take between 15 to 21 days to ship, this is due to the ongoing war in the Middle East. 

You will be notified of your purchase being on the way by email with a tracking number from our shipping providers, The Courier Guy or Aramex. 

Please allow 1-2 working days after your package has been shipped to start tracking. 

No shipping on weekends and public holidays.

No collection options available. 

No "emergency" orders will be given exceptions to these shipping terms. We source all our items outside of South Africa and therefore cannot cater to emergencies. 

If for reasons beyond our control (world wars) your shipping is late, we will notify you by phone call or email.
