Most of our jewelry pieces are made from 18K plaited gold unless stated otherwise.

Our silver jewelry is made from stainless steel.

Our products are mass produced dupes inspired by relevant designer brands. We therefore cannot claim originality.

Although made to last, we do advise handling all our jewelry pieces with care.

Do exercise caution when using in water containing harsh chemicals such as chlorine.

By making a purchase you hereby agree to our shipping terms:

We ship to ALL towns and cities within South Africa.

• We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above R1000.
• A standard shipping fee of R120 will apply to all orders under R1000.
• Shipping can take up to 7 working days. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
• Shipping on all items marked as Pre Order can take up to 14 business days. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
• We do not cater to “emergency orders”
• Failure to provide an address with a full street number, street name, complex name and postal code will result in your order being sent to the nearest Pep Store/Postnet closest to the address provided.

By making a purchase, you hereby agree to these terms:

1. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be processed under any circumstances. We only allow for exchanges. 

2. NO return/exchanges on SALE items. 

3. NO return/exchanges on Sunglasses. 

4. Hair bundles may be exchanged for a different length provided they have not been worn with original cable tie still intact. 

All our products are carefully inspected before being shipped out, if you do however receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 3 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item at no extra cost to you. 

For any other exchanges where you have selected an incorrect product, product design or size, you will be fully liable for all shipping charges. 

If unsure about a product rather email or DM us on Instagram for actual photos before making a purchase. 

Please note that we will NOT accept any exchanges  ( whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item ) if the item has been damaged, worn or removed from its original packaging.
